These are some of the pictures of Mud Camp and some of the campers.

Mud Camp Blog

This is going to be the official blog for Mud Camp in Bedford, NH. Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Mark Natale and I have been a part of Mud Camp for 9 years now. My mother and I now run the camp, and I look forward to the readdition of Seth Brunelle to the team next year (he's taking a year off to find a job this summer). We have plenty of great times here in Mud Camp, previously run by Jessica Ferenc. We are a camp that focuses on the environment and the role of the human surrounding that environment. By taking nature walks in the woods and learning the process of catch and release, as well as seeing the human impact on Riddle Brook in Legacy Park, the campers are able to see the role of humans in the environment. Our regular campers know exactly how the camp runs, but for those of you who are curious as to what Mud Camp is all about, here is a daily schedule for our activities: we generally start off with a morning meeting of some sort inside the Bedford Ski warming hut, followed by a greeting game and an environmental lesson. We then head out to the brook and vernal pool to catch as many critters as possible, followed by a return to the warming hut and a snack. Afterwards, we usually do a craft and head outside to play a game or two. This concludes a general day of Mud Camp.
